PLEASE READ ALL PRICES & POLICIES BEFORE BOOKING.
-Hours of operation are Tue-Sat 10am-5:30. Adults 18 and up will be accepted.
-In order to make an appointment for a regular service, a $20 deposit is due (transferable but not refundable) Cancel within 24 hours or more before your appointment to be able to transfer your deposit within 30 days from your original appointment date. If you have to cancel your second appointment or no call no show, you forfeit the $20.
-Sew in and crochet deposits are $50 and are NOT refundable or transferable. If you have to cancel or switch the service for any reason, you lose the $50.
-Consultations are $45 and are NOT inclusive of your total should you decide to get services.

*PLEASE ARRIVE WITH HAIR DETANGLED (thoroughly combed out); FREE of TWISTS, BRAIDS, GLUE, SHEDDED HAIR, KNOTS, ETC. TO AVOID AN EXTRA CHARGE OR REFUSAL OF SERVICE. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO SHAMPOO.
**CASH is preferred and major cards are accepted w/ a $2 service charge.
**NO CHILDREN or COMPANY unless being serviced. Adults 18 years old and older can be serviced.
**Please eat before your appointment. No food will be allowed in the salon. Drinks must have secure lids.
**No service add on’s or style changes are allowed last minute. Once you make your appointment, time is allotted for that specific service. This could potentially have someone waiting longer than they have to. Someone could have used some the appointment time you had blocked out but didn't use. (ex: you made an appointment for a shampoo and style, and show up with 2 bags of hair wanting a quick weave; or you made an appt. for twists but change your mind and want a only trim instead which takes less time than what you’ve booked.) Please make those changes prior to coming in to make sure there will be time left for it.
**LATE POLICY - $10 will be charged and when the next on time client arrives, you will have to get up
until their service is finished. If you do not pay it, no services will be offered. A client could be
inconvenienced because you were late. It will be at the stylist's discretion as to if you will be able to be serviced or charged due to time constraints.
