*Please eat before your appointment. NO FOOD will be allowed in the salon. Drinks must have
Secure lids.
*No service add on’s or style changes are allowed when you arrive. Once you make your appointment, time
is allotted for that specific service. This could potentially have someone waiting longer than they have to.
Cancellation and Late Policy
*Late fee is $10 and once the next client arrives, you will have to wait until they are finished. A client could
be inconvenienced because you were late. While it is understood that things happen, we still have to
adhere to the policies.
*Cancel 24hrs in advance please. If you fail to cancel within that time period, $20 will be charged in addition
to your current service; must be paid on line immediately after making your new appointment .

*There is a $50 deposit on Sew in's . It is due IMMEDIATELY upon making your appointment. Your
appointment is secured only after making the deposit. It will be part of your total service. (ex: Your style is
$150, you pay the $50 and when you come in for your service your remaining balance is $100.) Please
understand that sew ins take anywhere from 3-5 hours and that time is blocked out for you. THIS IS A
NO CANCELLATION OR DATE AND TIME CHANGE SERVICE. IF YOU CAN'T COME IN
FOR WHAT EVER REASON THIS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.. You can secure your
appointment online to pay with a card or by paying it in person with cash immediately after making the
appointment.
