Hours of operation are Tue-Sat 10am-4pm depending on the type of service. In order to make an appointment for a regular service,
a
$20 deposit is due at the time of confirmation and will be taken off of your total bill.  After speaking with me via phone, email, or
text, you would then immediately go to the site and pay. No appointment will be held without it.  In the event that u cant pay
immediately, please call, inbox, or text me before making payment to be sure that day and time is still available; we are always
booking appointments and can't hold any without payment.

- CANCEL 24hrs in Advance Please- OR ELSE U FORFEIT YOUR $20 DEPOSIT. If you properly cancel in time,
your $20 deposit is safe and you have 30 days from your original appointment day to reschedule. If you don't make it with in 30
days, have to cancel the second appointment, or no call no show, you
FORFEIT your $20 deposit as well.

NO CHILDREN or COMPANY unless being serviced. Children 12 yrs. Old and older can be serviced.

*Please eat before your appointment.
No food will be allowed in the salon. Drinks must have
secure lids.

*No service add on’s or style changes are allowed last minute.
Once you make your appointment, time is
allotted for that specific service. This could potentially have someone waiting longer than they have to. (ex: you
made an appointment for a shampoo and style, and show up with 2 bags of hair wanting a quick weave) Please
make those changes prior to coming in to make sure there will be time left for it.

LATE POLICY -   $10 will be charged and when the next on time client arrives, you will have to get up
until their service is finished. If you do not pay it, then no services will be offered.  A client could be
inconvenienced because you were late. It will be at stylist's discretion as to if you will be able to be serviced
due to time constraints.

-Sew in Appointment Information:
-Sew in's start at 180 for up to 10" and go up by length, cut, style, texture and length and texture of your natural hair; if you are
having leave out in the top or an enclosed sew in. A basic trim such as layers and a basic flat iron is included on straight hair. Any
specialty cuts,curls, or styles are extra. (iron/wand curls or flat iron on wavy/ curly hair are extra)

-Crochet braids start at $150 and increase by size of hair being installed

NOTE: There is a non refundable deposit of $50 to secure a sew in and a crochet style immediately after scheduling the appt. It
can either be paid on line or in person during business hours. No appointment. will be held with out payment; If u cant pay
immediately, please contact us before paying to confirm that slot is still available.

there's no time, service, or date changing
